Lead coordinator wanted
Qualifications
-Experience in sales, customer service,
call center, telemarketing, or real estate
is preferred (but not mandatory)
-Excellent communication skills-
both verbal and writeen - in english
(spanish proficiency is a plus)
-Comfortable on the Phone - ability to
make a high volume of calls
and text Communications daily.
-Organized and detail-oriented -
must maintain clean notes and
follow lead tracking procedures.
-Strong work ethic - dependable, punctual,
and committed to providing excellent
client service.
-Positive attitude-energetic and coachable,
open to learning and feedback.
-Tech-savvy - ability to learn and operate
CRM systems,especially real geeks.
-Self motivated- able to work independently
while being part of a structured team
environment.
Work environment
-In office work required
-Shifts scheduled between 8:00 am
and 9:00 pm (split across two
ISAS with some overlap if neccesary)
-Alternate weekends scheduled
(you Will have a weekday off when
working the weekend)
-Paid as an independent
contractor (subcontractor
status)
-Performance review at the
end of 3 months to determinate
eligibility for salary increase
